握不住... - 健身

健身房有的單槓
我現在差不多可以拉十下了
但最重要的瓶頸是,其實不是背痠了
或是手臂累
而是手掌握不住
我想可能是握力不足也有關
(有一次在朋友的護槓下 用綁的 可以撐到十六下左右)
所以我想握力也許很重要
除了捏那種綠色軟軟像史萊姆的玩具練握力 (但是不知到哪兒買去)
還有什麼現成在健身房就可以用的方法呢?
或是說,各位如何克服握不住的瓶頸?

最近有去上飛輪,效果很好,很飆汗
而且持續一兩個月真的會瘦調一些體脂肪,又很好玩
