揮之不去的飢餓感囧 - 健身

最近每天早上6:30 起床
大約 7:00 吃早餐 大賣場全麥吐司X2+荷包蛋+2片生菜+幾乎和吐司一樣大的火腿 和
大概80大卡無糖豆漿或 40大卡啤酒酵母優酪乳
10:00 就快要餓死了囧 吃半顆大蘋果
12:00~12:30 吃午餐 五穀飯(大概一碗的量)
+3菜+荷包蛋或半手掌量的炒蛋+半手掌肉
+剩下的半顆大蘋果
到這裡水大概喝1200cc左右
大概16:00左右就開始有飢餓感 到17:00的時候就很餓很餓
吃晚餐也不敢吃太多因為算算早上好像吃了大概1250大卡
我的基代1300 平常都大概吃到1600左右
這樣晚餐只有350大卡的扣打根本吃不飽啊T_T
晚上吃晚餐大概都吃 2菜1肉+半碗五穀飯
或3菜+嘴殘偷吃的一、二小塊肉+一碗五穀飯
吃完去跑操場(8km 52.53min~偶爾9.2km 61min)跑5休2或偶爾跑4休3
最近的目標是1周跑35~40km 會依體力進行調整(8kmX4天+4.2kmX1天之類的)
回來又餓了 又不敢多吃 這樣下來好餓啊T口T
這幾天也只有在冷氣房實驗室走來走去做實驗、寫寫報告而已
感覺白天並沒有很累可是到了晚上卻很餓
是我高估了熱量 還是水喝太少了 還是我還是吃太多了呢
有強者可以幫我修改菜單嗎T_T
