最近爬板爬了很久,也是歸納出了幾個結論出來
但我一直不太確定的是
「只要吃下去的熱量不超過基礎代謝,體重一定不會增加」?
我的意思是:如果我基代是1450
而今天我吃了1400大卡份量的炸雞、和1400大卡份量的冬粉﹝舉個例﹞
是不是都一定不會有多餘的養分堆積成脂肪?

分享一下個人餓瘦的心得
小弟166/57,愛吃到不行、吃火鍋吃到飽能從2點吃到5點都不停,
因為本身是游泳隊+有在跳舞的關係,身上的肌肉還算明顯
但個人是屬於胖臉型的,只要一胖第一個就是臉會腫
﹝之前腸胃炎住院、瘦到52我同學都說我臉好看很多﹞
又因為之前期末考、整天坐著唸書、完全沒運動
所以想說來試試看餓瘦,
沒什麼計劃,就是餓了就塞一塊海綿蛋糕、讀書前喝咖啡﹝怕睡著﹞
或是便利商店的三角飯糰配咖啡﹝39元組合餐﹞、一天的總熱量都不超過1000
兩個禮拜馬上掉了兩公斤!!
缺點就是腹肌完全沒有變明顯! 還是維持在57時的微小腹
不如以往不需刻意用力就有型狀

1.海綿麵包+開水能稱超級久
2.餓瘦真的會把肌肉一起瘦掉,還是大吃大喝又多運動最開心
