踏步機已經開始融入生活中的一部分
上次發表兩個月的成果時
發現有人說我沒有具體的告知運動的部分,這樣會誤導別人!
(恩~請問這要如何分享呢??就用腳去踩啊!!)
由於以前都沒有運動的習慣
發現踏步機後,這三個月的腿的改變很多,讓我又動力繼續努力下去
前兩個月,因運動讓自己味口變得很好!
雖吃得清淡,但是量吃得較多,導致體重沒變!
直到兩個星期前,發現自己好像沒有在繼續瘦下去時!
去量一下體重,驚覺發現怎麼重了約2公斤
(前兩個月因效果都還不錯!所以偶爾才量體重)
自我反省後歸納出原因
1.吃得太多:以前每天會大約算一天的熱量(因為當時沒在運動,只靠飲食控制維持身材)
現在因有運動,警覺心下降了,所以沒再計算熱量
2.運動偶爾會出現生理性的體重增加:因身體的脂肪消耗的較慢,但運動後肌肉增加的速度大於脂肪消耗,
導致體重會增加!
3.結食:一直都靠飲食控制,而不運動!偶而少吃,體重會下降,但因身體先靠肌肉來燃燒熱量,
所以會體重下降,但減去的都是水分和肌肉,真正的脂肪都沒消耗到,導致體脂肪一直以來都很高
藉於這些原因~最主要就是把體脂肪降下來!
第一個月每天踏約1500步,第二個月每天踏2000步
直到兩個星期前,開始設定每天踩踏步機至少要4000步以上
持續了兩個星期終於把增加2公斤的體重給降下來了!果然是不能大過於大意啊!
PS:運動的時間:下班後回家就開始運動啦!
