新手 重量順序問題 - 健身

小弟目前做的方式
式以最大重量往下做
以坐推為例(我不知道那台叫甚麼名字 ~"~)
小弟能做的重量為137.5 六下
然後就依序 125
.
.

這樣子全部的器材都以這樣的方式做完一次之後
在一次
請問一下這樣子作可以嗎
還是有比較建議的方式呢?
