新手一週六練課表請益 - 健身

因為還是新手,想說先做多關節動作就好。
三天一個循環。目前課表如下
胸日:
臥推3組12下
飛鳥夾胸3組12下
器材胸推3組12下
一個禮拜練到兩次,胸總共18組
背日:
滑輪下拉3組
坐姿划船3組
臉拉3組
一個禮拜練兩次,背共18組
腿日:
深蹲四組
腿推四組
肩推四組
肩飛鳥四組
腿跟肩一個禮拜分別共16組
這些動作對新手來說足夠了嗎?還是需要加入單關節動作呢?
另外想問12RM 如果第一組做得到12下,後面的組數做不到12下,這樣要降重量到三組都
能做滿12下嗎?
