目前體重80公斤,身高182。體脂25%
現在一週六練,做三休一。每次練一個半小時,練完之後會去做階梯機半小時,心律維持
在150-175之間。休息日我也會去做有氧。因為住在健身房對面,很方便。
想把體脂肪降到17左右,現在每天吃大概1800-2000大卡,TDEE是顯示2700,這樣有氧會
做太多嗎?
