最近開始上私人教練
第一堂課就直接學了深蹲、臥推
以及其他靠槓鈴或啞鈴能完成的動作
簡單來說就是自由度比較大的
有個朋友在外面健身房上了收費是我兩倍的連鎖健身房課程
堅信一開始就教三項這種自由的
一定是野雞教練
哪有直接上這麼難的
應該從固定式機械器材開始
另一個朋友是在成吉工作的教練
也說這樣很野雞 他的學生不會這樣帶
一定從機械器材上
培養所謂的運動神經
我知道這狀況會根據學生的身體狀況來做判斷
但假定都是初練新手
一開始直接上自由度高的
為什麼這樣的教練會被說野雞呢?
