半年前開始接觸健身
花了半年的時間在網上研究跟健身房自己操作
大概有摸索到如何發力
現在想訂製菜單按表操課進步
想請大家幫我看一下按照這個菜單漸進式負荷
有沒有問題
小弟身高180 體重75

以上的表示方式都是重量 組數*每組次數 組間休息時間幾秒
目前設定練四休一
訓練日一天3勺蛋白粉 早晚各1.5勺
