我就獻醜啦
主要我是肌肥大為主
有興趣再麻煩繼續往下收看
最近微調過了菜單
所以以之前為主
主要 練6休1
狀況好不會休繼續練XDD
胸背腿 肩背腿 手(有時再抽出來一天加強)
有些詳細重量太多 所以不記載 只寫大項目
主要項目重量增加比較重要

槓鈴平板臥推 82.5kg 6-8 rep 4sets 有時不夠我次數要求 會降重+1組
上斜啞鈴臥推 34kg(單邊) 8-10 rep 4 sets
HS SHOULDER PRESS
35kg(單邊) 8-12 rep 4sets
HS INCLINE PRESS
30kg(單邊) 8-10 rep 3+3drop set
上斜cable飛鳥 12rep 3+3drop set
機器後飛鳥 12rep 4+4drop set
啞鈴側飛鳥 12rep 3+3drop set
三頭三個動作4set
