去年開始接觸增肌減脂的訓練,起因是長期久坐辦公室工作,不想小腹越來越凸,所以就
開始肌力訓練,有買書:在家練肌力,體脂少10%來看,也照書上做,不過,效果似乎不明
顯,買了體組成計量:身高183,體重75 76左右,BMI22.5,體脂率19% 20%左右,肌肉量5
7公斤左右,內臟脂肪等級8.x,基礎代謝率17xx大卡左右,身體年齡約31,想再精進一點
,可能需要調整自己的訓練方式和飲食管控,在網路上找到一休出的書一休陪你一起愛瘦
