新手接觸兩個月 - 健身

各位版上強者,小弟是接觸健身剛滿兩個月的菜鳥...
因為體質很弱,從小就怎麼吃都吃不胖,因此才決定接觸健身
希望身體強壯一些.....

我體重過輕,目前只增加不到一公斤吧= =
不曉得我的體態如何? (請鞭小力.....
然後在訓練上,我不曉得為什麼一開始練完隔一天都有痠痛
不是受傷的痠痛
可是最近痠痛的感覺漸漸沒有了
我是瘦子力量本身就不太大
但是要增加重量,我根本就還沒有能力
但是增加次數,我看書上說那是練肌耐力,肌肉不會變大
我目前是做一天休息兩天進行的,所以還沒有一周的菜單之類的
不太清楚要怎麼調整我的訓練方式,有沒有哪位版上的強者協助弱雞小弟...謝謝...
