新手練背斜方太出力跟核心的問題 - 健身

小弟到現在練了約三個月
幾乎每次練背到最後幾下的時候
右邊斜方總是會失控的出力
左邊卻不會
從鏡子看很明顯右邊斜方凸一塊在那邊
請問有方法可以改善嗎?
另外想問的是
做很多動作需要將核心肌群鎖住
請問所謂"鎖住"是腹肌用力還是縮小腹呢?
