爬了文章 新手訓練肌耐力的菜單
背 - 滑輪頸後下拉 (頸前亦可)
胸 - 平板臥推
腿 - Leg Press (或者 Squat)
肩 - 槓鈴胸前划船
二頭 - 雙手啞鈴彎舉
三頭 - 纜繩下壓
側腹 - 用羅馬椅來凹側腹
腹肌 - 像蝦子一樣的那個,訓練腹部肌耐力
但是有個疑問
肩部訓練是推薦 槓鈴胸前划船 動作
查了一下這個主要好像是練背的 有點困惑
動作也有點難 ... 可以改用啞鈴上肩推取代嗎?
另外一個是 側腹有沒有其他的替代動作 去的健身房好像沒有羅馬椅
