大家好
在做滑輪下拉的時候常常看到兩種做法
一種在離心時肩胛骨還是保持鎖定下沉
一種在離心時肩胛骨會鬆開並且會被順勢往上帶
看教學兩種方式都有人推
有人說肩胛鬆開做的時候較會有肩胛的移動,訓練效果比較好
但是也有人說鬆開的話會大圓肌代償過多,造成練不到背闊肌
整個搞得我很混亂
所以到底是要鬆還是不要鬆
不知道大家的看法?謝謝
