新手肩膀痛 該找教練還是物理治療? - 健身

各位好,最近想跟同學學重訓,但發現關節活動度很差,比如作臥推我幾乎沒法把槓下降
到胸前,會卡住。做了幾下肌肉沒累但肩膀先痛了。
還有比如不太能完全蹲下,膝蓋會痛,不知道是不是以前受過傷。
因爲這樣我也不敢亂作了,想請問這我這種情況上教練課會幫我改善嗎?指導我拉筋、先
加強哪塊肌肉等。還是我該先去物理治療所,把毛病治好到正常人一樣再開始重訓?謝謝
