如題
最近剛進健身房
上了第一堂免費的教練課後
教練發現了我的駝背給了我一些建議
大致是需要放鬆下背與大腿前側的緊繃肌群
然後練好核心、大腿後側與臀大肌
胸的部分告訴我說現在可以不急
所以我目前打算一週去五天胸背腿背腿這樣排
然後胸配三頭 背配二頭 腿配肩膀
想請問這樣的排法會有問題嗎?
還有放鬆背部、大腿前側肌群以及核心訓練有什麼動作呢?
另外想知道有什麼推薦的健身相關網站或youtube頻道可以學習嗎?
