新手請問菜單 - 健身

目前是分為這樣,上面是下半身下面是上半身
一週安排:
上半身/瑜珈課/飛輪課/下半身/上半身/下半身/下半身
重量忘記紀錄了(但是記得位置),之後會開始紀錄
想請問這樣的菜單有需要改進的嗎?主要想訓練臀腿,目前還在減脂階段
