大家好
其實已經潛伏在Fitness版跟本版很久了
三個星期以來也有在運動
不過都零零星星的
這兩天下定決心要開始減重了
不過在慢跑的時候
可能是因為太嫩了
我有兩個問題想問大家
1.在一開始新手慢跑的時候,因為體能不佳,所以跑累了就實施快走
這樣運動效果會打折嗎?我看兩版的精華區有提到新手先訓練體能就好
心跳維持在一定頻率也是達到運動效果
所以這是跑+走也可行的意思嗎?
因為才剛開始運動我不敢勉強自己跑下去@@但又擔心運動量不足
2.剛開始減重的朋友們一個禮拜的運動頻率大概是怎樣的?
我看到好多人都天天跑步 可是又看到有人建議新手不要天天跑,不然會傷膝蓋
還看到要適度的休息
讓我有點擔心我跑一休一會不會無法達到減重的運動量標準@@
如果替換成跑一天做一天瑜珈,是不是也等於跑一休一呢?
但有做瑜珈會讓我心情變好一點(順便增加身體柔軟度)
