我三個月前開始執行168後少吃一餐
吃的總量沒變 碳水的比例有刻意減少滿多
但重測後看起來數據並沒什麼變化:
飯前血糖: 92→96
醣化血色素: 5.7→5.6
而我看大部分人分享的成果 醣化血色素都是有明顯改善的
如果少吃一餐而血糖的平均值卻沒什麼變 是不是反而意味著更糟糕了?
