看到一段很有趣的,貼一下,這是一個很有趣的現象。只要一牽涉到饑餓(Starvation),就很容易會出現 fat overshooting,即是拼死增加存脂肪的能力,而增長瘦體的速度不變。這是把自己練成 Insulin resistance(胰島素阻抗),TOFI (Thin outside fat inside)的良好操作方式。
在一大堆人拼死增加瘦體減少脂肪(增肌減脂),卻實行往相反方向的方式,很有意思 XD
你可以永遠都不 refeed 啊,反正一堆人說人類能光合作用。
