16/8斷食作弊日請教 - 健身

小弟我正在實施16/8斷食(11:00~19:00進食),開始實施一個多月來執行蠻徹底的,體
重降了10公斤多,目前在考慮實施一週一天的「作弊日」,目的是想要讓身體的基礎代謝
能夠不要降,但有一個問題:
想請問,作弊日當天,大吃大喝的時間也在進食的八小時內結束?(11:00~19:00)
還是說,既然都叫「作弊日」了,作弊日當天就不用管什麼16/8斷食了,餓了就吃這樣,
如果這樣可行,想再問,加入最後進食時間是23:00,那麼隔天11:00還是可以照常吃,還
是要到15:00(過16小時後)才能吃?
