32位非胖子的人皆進行了三種不同的進食方式,基本生活行動,無特別運動

我們來看在CR期間發生了什麼事(跟overfeeding相比)
體重 -6kg fat mass -2.63kg Skeletal muscle -1.46kg 內臟組織-0.29kg
這邊基代用 resting energy expenditure
從1946->1720 別太高興,扣掉該體重的預估值,扣完後 =>-72
在cr開始的第一週就差不多-72,皆下來的兩週都差不多,沒再顯著的掉。
最後計算 adaptive thermogenesis 代表熱量代謝補償的意思
一樣在CR第一週下降了不到100,後三週都差不多。
其實研究還有很多精細的測量,包括胰島素、腎上腺素…。
來看一下最後作者對於本研究跟1945年的原始版所作的比較。
1945原版
飢餓的時間長達24週,還要保持積極的生活(每週走22英哩)
吃的食物也很差, The Minnesota semistarvation diet consisted of potatoes,
cabbage, turnips, and cereals with only a few grams of animal protein per week
2015版的則是吃的營養均衡飲食,雖然少了50%熱量
1945年原版
明尼蘇達州實驗中,志願者分別失去了24%和27.4%的體重和活動組織。在研究結
束時,志願者表現出水腫,貧血,多尿,心動過緩,虛弱和抑鬱的跡象和症狀。
2015版
3週CR降低了FFM(3.7%),體蛋白(降低2.0%),骨骼MM(降低4.7%)和內臟器官質
量(降低7.8%),沒有營養不良的臨床症狀。
CR50% 算"仙女餐"、沒有運動算"餓瘦",結果怎麼樣各位自行判斷
