我的作息不會很正常 XD 但是也蠻規律的
就是一點前睡 八、九點起床的大學生
每天早上起床都沒有胃口
不過因為聽說不吃早餐會變笨(?) 加上我媽會念
早上我都隨便吃吃 一杯牛奶+一片土司 或烤地瓜 或香蕉
但是吃完以後都很飽= =
下午一點有課 我害怕上到三點才吃會餓(超不耐餓 太餓會愛生氣)
所以十二點都只好去吃吃小東西 有時候一碗麵也吃不完

下午五點開始!!! 我的肚子就會咕嚕咕嚕一直叫
餓死我
然後通常我六點會吃個正常份量的晚餐
念書念到八九點 肚子再度咕嚕咕嚕叫
我一定會吃了宵夜才能舒服睡著XD
但是吃宵夜很容易控制不住......不小心吃太多
所以每天我都是帶著滿足和罪惡感睡著= =
想請問大家 有沒有人和我一樣呢
其實我估計我這樣吃的量大概1500~1600卡左右
加上我每天都會運動一下 所以體重都持平
是沒有很不滿啦 但是我162/53 體脂25%
想要讓體脂降一點 長一點肌肉
可是我覺得每天都宵夜真是把我往後拉= =
但是早上真的都不想吃 吃太飽會很不舒服
(而且吃宵夜真的很舒爽)
不知道大家有什麼好建議呢
而且即使吃的量沒變 我這樣分佈的量感覺很不健康
我還蠻希望早上是大食怪 晚上是小鳥胃的阿
