早上起來去運動
跟晚上去運動(跑步)
哪個效果大或是對身體比較好阿^^?
原本我是想要晚上去跑一跑然後就可以準備睡覺了
但是朋友跟我說早上跑比較好欸
所以想請問大家都是哪時候跑呢
