如果說我用純運動+控制飲食的方式有機會售很快嗎
也就是純粹增加運動量的方式
一天跑半小快走半小時
各增加到50分鐘
增加運動量 有一定要吃到運動後所需熱量嗎
可以只吃到基代嗎?
例如說 我基代1200 但運動量增加提高基代到1800好了
一定要吃到1800嗎
