一起床先喝1800CC的常溫白開水 (一開始對父便秘很有用 現在都失效了)
早餐我幾乎都是吃蔬菜起士蛋餅(蠻大的)加上一杯700CC的香蕉牛奶(不加糖)
其實我早餐這樣會超撐的 香蕉牛奶很膩說
但我覺得吃一半很浪費 可是我早餐沒這兩樣很痛苦=_=
中餐就隨意吃(一般人正常食量) 晚餐大概是小小的五穀飯加高麗菜加肉或是豆腐
一盒水果可能是中餐吃也可能是晚上吃
平常的飲料大多是去冰無糖綠茶青茶烏龍茶紅茶為主
偶爾嘴饞會買黑糖蛋奶或是珍奶
嗯 前陣子迷上吃剉冰(少糖 煉乳 紅豆 綠豆 薏仁 芝麻) 幾乎中餐後一定要吃@@"
這樣的菜單好像跟大家的減肥食譜差很多 感覺這樣熱量不算很高是麼?
但我怕一吃少 隔天就吃的多 哎哎
喔喔... 每天還會跑20分鐘跑步機+30分鐘抬腿(說真的 抬這麼久我覺得沒什麼用?)
跑步機速度4.5(卡路里0.53的意思是? 距離0.75的意思是?)
偷懶的時候就操場快走10圈
嗯嗯 目前這個樣子才剛開始幾天而已 冏
對了 大家吃飽的30分鐘內都會做什麼事呀?
