因為上班時間比較晚
不想吃太多早餐 會導致午餐沒胃口
但是如果午餐沒吃 下午又會餓
亂吃零食下場更糟
所以打算定食定量
早餐吃少一點
不知道喝豆漿+水果 午餐正常吃
這樣對減肥OK嗎??
因為我知道豆漿偏寒
女生每天喝不知道會不會那個來痛死XD
問一下大家想吃少一點早餐會吃什麼呢???
