各位前輩好@@
小弟也走上減肥這條路了
因為體質易胖 所以身體都是胖瘦胖瘦交替(是抓交替嗎= =)
最近開始要減肥~
所以我決定先從早餐開始 (因為午餐晚餐都跟實驗室的同學去吃)
午餐晚餐都是便當 但是以不吃炸的為主 白肉也少吃 多吃紅肉
我現在早上都吃一顆頻果+統一低糖高纖豆漿
或者是茶葉蛋+豆漿
這樣的組合不知道對於早餐來說會不會太少呢!?
板上也有說豆漿不可以喝太多 會有尿酸過高的風險@@
所以想說是不是一個星期要換一種搭配呢?
p.s 早餐吃什麼樣的水果比較不傷身阿@@?
