早餐自己來也很方便 - 健身

就只是閒聊啦,今年狀況很多,尤其是七八月,已經很長一段時間沒辦法
像去年那樣穩定的上健身房運動了。剩下的大概只有早餐自理,中午晚餐
在家裡吃和帶便當,有一段時間連便當都得自己準備,只好去買熱炒的菜,
熱炒真的很肥。QQ
(所以去年減下來的,今年都長回來了還增加)
其實只要早起半小時,早餐也可以自己準備,不一定要買外面早餐店,方
便歸方便,那個煎盤的油量也很可觀。我自己的早餐都吃的固定,而且不
怎麼花準備時間。
兩片吐司:吐司店買一包吐司十片,剛好吃一星期五天上班日,冰在冷凍
庫,烤麵包機烤兩分多鐘就好。
水煮蛋:一次煮一盒蛋冰冷藏。
蜂蜜牛奶:家庭號牛奶可以喝六天,烤吐司的時間倒牛奶正好。
果乾、堅果:便利商店買現成的。
以上這些,只要有冰箱和湯鍋,就可以完成了,早上花在料理的時間只有
烤麵包的兩分多鐘。XD
