早上6:30起床
先喝200cc水or咖啡
騎腳踏車繞一圈[約50分鐘]
7:30回來沖澡
7:50
早餐:2份水果 200cc牛奶 餓的話蔬菜無限量 稀飯一碗
讀書...
11:50午餐
2份水果 3片菜市場買的肉 蔬菜吃到飽[包含豆腐 海帶 之類的]
讀書
晚餐盡量不吃or只吃蔬菜+低脂牛奶
11:00上床睡
[我都很早睡的...]
老實說,之前用這種方法,2星期瘦5kg
但後來零食大爆炸 又胖回去
[所以不是正常飲食復胖的]
我想縮小我的胃耶
而且我想,因為我都坐著,所以熱量應該也不用太高吧~
