我每次開奇摩首頁都很喜歡瀏覽下面的文章
雖然前幾天看到分享蔡淑臻經驗的文章終於覺得有點正確觀念了
不過不能完全苟同所以我就沒有馬上貼上來
剛剛又無聊點閱了一下
女藝人或者是模特兒不外乎是說
利用一些穴道按摩呀 或者是節食
乾脆不吃就可以好快瘦大量的體重之類的
不過 janet的篇文章除了標題吸引我之外
內容看完之後發現 心有戚戚焉
我想janet也是用經驗談來分享
