大家好 這是我第一次在這邊po文 最近下定決心要減肥了..但還是有些疑問
(之前再怎麼說要剪都只會敗給懶惰...)
我是女生 目前身高170 體重60
(最近量的 不曉得體重機有沒有問題 回家量只有57 這幾天再去學校的保健室量)
因為最近這一兩個月 同學一兩個都跑去埋線 我也想埋 不過看到有人死掉的訊息
以及花費要很多就卻步了... 我之前有個疑問是
假設我身高170 體重60 另一個人170或172 體重卻只有50或53 那我是不是應該檢討
畢竟他比我高卻比我輕很多 ~"~
我有想過要少吃多動減肥 但我作息+吃飯時間並不正常
一個禮拜有三天五點要上班 上班中不能吃飯 必須在五點前吃完
但我通常吃完午餐上完課下午三點 根本不會餓 硬吃東西會很痛苦...
搞到自己上班時非常餓 還要看著老闆吃晚餐....很想揍老闆
下班十點就跑去吃東西 而且是猛吃...
其他兩天休假三餐就又變正常 我食量算大 沒吃就覺得餓
沒上班時 想吃飯 閃光偶爾都說吃不下 我又很喜歡跟人一起吃飯... 就得等他吃
假日通常睡得晚 一兩點吃午餐 變成八九點吃晚餐 (該檢討!!!
最近我在吃飯時我都覺得我自己是豬....一隻不檢點不考慮自己身材健康的豬
猛吃猛灌 我也很愛喝飲料 也了解喝飲料是造成我身材走樣的一大部分原因
最近開始有少量喝了 但還不能完全戒掉 水也開始一天喝一千cc 慢慢增加
想要運動 但我常常自己找藉口 說很累沒時間 常常一下課就要衝去上班
沒班的日子就是上課到很晚 懶得在走回學校運動 假日有時要上班
禮拜日就是睡覺.....
現在想開始排運動時間 但是我如果上課+運動+上班 似乎會把我身體搞的非常累
但是一個禮拜只運動一天....好像根本沒用
可以請大家幫我從中找出一個可以解決的方法嗎? 我對自己很有罪惡感也很自責....
但我願意努力 我不想讓自己有罪惡感 想變健康變漂亮 想有自信 謝謝大家:)
