從6月中開始進行減脂,每週重訓三天別練胸腿背,其它天都是慢跑7km約42分還有加上飲
食控制,體重從67降到64,體脂從19降到16, 但是腹肌還沒跑出來,身體覺得變很單薄,
也沒什麼線條,不知道要不要繼續減脂, 還是要增肌。
