大家好 我又來發問一個問題:)
最近已經開始改善飲食的狀況 盡量照著版娘幫我排的用餐食物與卡路里吃
也有在游泳 游的時間是一個半小時 盡量不停下來休息
我想請問的是 晚餐用餐時間
因為我五點半下班
這幾天我是盡量在六點吃完晚飯 然後七點下水 八點半上來 喝一瓶無糖豆漿
不曉得 在晚餐這段時間到游泳是否有點趕 會不會對身體不好
或者 我應該先吃點小東西 游完泳八點半後吃晚餐?
