早安各位巨巨,
因三月發現自己肥胖到人生最重時期,
開始減脂有氧生活逐步增加控制飲食。
默默爬瘦身版跟這裡增加知識學習概念,
目前三個月瘦了十公斤但仍然肥胖區間,
所以還在減脂的階段有氧為主重訓為輔。
目前一週運動五天每天重訓一個半小時,
主要用機械練到力竭重量一組十下為準,
練完後接著有氧橢圓或飛輪踩一個小時。
也就是說我大概運動兩個半小時左右,
爬文說皮質醇一個小時就會開始上升,
請問是否我要擔心了運動太久這狀況?

另外我有氧心率大概抓在75%左右144下,
這是手錶測試的消耗熱量是否快樂錶呢?
