我是女生,目前體重是175/64
完美目標是瘦到55左右
目前已經實行一個星期食物減量跟兩天的腳踏車了
不過體重一點都沒變(汗)
想請問一下是我太心急還是大方向不對
我的運動是一小時踩腳踏車十分鐘,速度騎很快,所以心跳都有到130以上
目前騎了兩天,大概踩了15次吧
餐點的部分....早上太晚起了所以直接pass早餐(汗)
午餐是一個正常量的素食便當,有菜有糙米飯
晚餐大概是1/3碗的飯+小盤青菜跟水果(芭樂跟蘋果交替)
只喝自己用茶葉泡的茶(無糖)跟水
沒有吃零食
大致上是這樣,雖然才實行一個星期,不過體重真的一點都沒掉(也沒升)
所以想請問一下是不是我哪裡做錯了,讓我趕快修正回來
