話說我前天上了教練課後
(訓練內容可參考blog:http://ppt.cc/TdeX )
第2天起來酸痛反應還好而已
就是大腿外側及屁股會酸
所以當天我又去健身房(護膝拿去洗;所以當天沒戴)
1.踩了1小時零幾分的滑歩機(阻力9-10;spm130;3km;心跳150上下;消耗500卡)
2.固定式器材的腹捲訓練(磅數忘了每組20下共三組)
3.固定式器材的下背訓練(組數同上)+羅馬椅下背訓練30下
4.仰臥起做50下(30下時有休息)
5.伸展運動10分鐘
But.......現在第3天早上7點半....
我被我的腰+左腿外側靠骨盆處的筋or肌肉+左膝酸痛醒來...
翻來翻去姿勢都不舒服...睡不著了
站起來後左腳不太能出力支撐會痛!
我該明天看醫生(星期天診所休診)還是找教練教我做伸展舒緩呢??!!
