我的BMI前幾天量是19.6
但是因為還是有局部有點腫,所以希望能再減個1~2kg
每個禮拜的運動量大約是3~5天
跑步40分鐘,或者是游泳1個小時擇一
我習慣性晚睡,也都是下班後才去運動
不過,晚上運動的後遺症就是
還沒撐到睡覺,肚子就會咕咕叫
真的是飢餓的那種餓
有時候我會補充一兩塊蘇打餅
或是吃吃水果充飢
想問看看還是什麼適合的替代食物???
