請問您是幾點吃的呢?基本上,晚上吃的食物最好
,不要是澱粉類或油脂類的,而且晚餐要在晚上
7點前吃,熱量才不會儲存在體內,如果你想快速
減肥的話,晚上最好只吃水果就好了。
減肥最重要的三餐是:
早上:7點到9點(這個時段吃是最不會讓熱量全部
吸收的)
中午:下午1點前吃完(最好吃八分飽就好了)
晚上:下午7點前吃完(最好只吃水果或青菜)
ps:如果青菜太油,可先過一下水,效果會更棒。
以上是有關吃的方面,以下是有關按摩方面。
一星期至少要運動2次,1次最好要超過30分鐘,
如果你不想運動,可以自已買一個按摩刷子,
針對你不滿意的地方,加強按摩,用力將脂肪
打散,將硬的脂肪打散之後,才會瘦的比較快。
但是要記得按摩前,一定要先抹一些瘦身霜喔^_^
我也是這麼減肥的,還蠻有效的說,但是一定要
持之以恆,我還是天天做的說~
