晚餐無澱粉減肥法,求健檢 - 減肥

三餐內容:量不多、有時候早餐不吃,但個人上班地點在家中,是吃家裡煮的大鍋飯,中
午通常有魚有肉有菜有湯,正常飲食沒有特別節制,晚上又只吃摩斯雞肉沙拉
早餐:原味蛋餅+低脂牛奶或微糖豆漿一杯
午餐:有白飯有魚有肉有菜有湯的一餐 或 偶爾外食
晚餐:摩斯雞肉沙拉 或 韓國冷麵 或 水煮雞胸肉一份
其他:微糖冰拿鐵一杯
日常作息時間:睡眠都八小時正常
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:健康
運動習慣:每天跑跑步機30分鐘
我的問題:
日前算過我的Tdee 一天約2100卡
基礎代謝率為1800卡
我下載了大家很推薦的MyFitnessPal 來使用,
以每週瘦身0.5KG的目標來減,他建議我一天
吃1600卡,我照著吃,吃到1600大卡
持續幾天體重沒什麼改變,是否
吃太少影響基礎代謝率了呢?
之前靠著晚餐不吃澱粉的策略,瘦了六公斤
可是近日有點復胖後
想要用同樣的方法瘦回去
有點瘦不下去
目標是69KG
