考慮兩個月後終於去取消會籍了
暫停前我試著戴口罩去健身
但真的好悶
練下半身真的很難戴著住
而且要避免把口罩拿下喝水也超難
總而言之
要從進入健身房第一秒到最後一秒離開健身房都戴好戴滿
真的很難做到滴水不漏!!!!!!
自從看到版上勸世文
但才剛暫停會籍看到自己都覺得自己肥惹
現在會去跑操場
但我真的很討厭有氧
只愛做無氧運動
有沒有人跟我一樣不愛有氧
尋求無氧運動的QQ
