小弟做65 kg front squat 5*5 會Fail
改做70kg 3*5是否有助突破?
還是要降重做62.5 5*5?
已總訓練量來說 70kg3*5 < 62.5kg5*5
那我這樣做3*5算練成肌力以外了嗎?
