前幾天在新莊運動中心練
聽到旁邊有大哥另一個人聊天 在討論練背部
我沒仔細聽
就聽到幾句說 " 硬舉是讓背部寬大的最重要 很重要 超重要的動作"
"光是划船 引體 謀蒿(台語)"
我看那個大哥的背是真的挺寬的 不過體脂肪沒特別低 感覺也很難判斷
是說沒練硬舉 背部的成長真的會受限很大嗎?
硬舉是否真的是提升背的一個 至關重點
