ㄧ個最簡單的方法去預估最大攝氧量
就是cooper的12分跑走測驗
要先說這個公式不一定準確 但是是最簡單的
你先暖身十分鐘
然後盡全力跑12分鐘
看你能跑多遠
接著帶入這個公式
把你跑的距離稱為d 單位是公尺
(d-505)/44.73=預估最大攝氧量
接著是評量表
各位可以看看自己目前等級在哪裡
補充一下這是男性的標準
女性會低很多
Age Excellent Above Average Average Below Average Poor
13-14 >2700m 2400-2700m 2200-2399m 2100-2199m <2100m
15-16 >2800m 2500-2800m 2300-2499m 2200-2299m <2200m
17-19 >3000m 2700-3000m 2500-2699m 2300-2499m <2300m
20-29 >2800m 2400-2800m 2200-2399m 1600-2199m <1600m
30-39 >2700m 2300-2700m 1900-2299m 1500-1999m <1500m
40-49 >2500m 2100-2500m 1700-2099m 1400-1699m <1400m
>50 >2400m 2000-2400m 1600-1999m 1300-1599m <1300m

20 - 29 <42 42 - 45 46 - 50 51 - 55 >55

我們可以發現 當你12分鐘跑3000公尺
你的最大攝氧量是55左右快56
這個等級就算是在黃金年齡
也是EXCELLENCE 卓越的意思
在我上面貼的一般人評估裡面
這個叫做superior 超群的意思
么八到底能不能讓一整連的人都超群這個我個人是持一點點點點保留的態度
最大攝氧量能衝到多大是天賦決定的
經由訓練我們可以增進最大攝氧量
假設你之前沒運動習慣 你的最大攝氧量抓一個平均40好了
經由訓練平均可以提升20趴 也就是48
但是每六個人只有一個能練到54以上
這個是天注定
每40個人只有一個能練到60還62忘了 這個也是天注定
不過最大攝氧量會隨著等級的提高 影響成績的比率反而越小
因為當比賽的等級提高 大家的最大攝氧量都有一定水準的時候
這時候要比的就是跑步經濟性
講簡單就是看誰跑的省力有效率
