現在是156 54.8kg 20歲
之前因節食減肥 到45kg
但一吃就胖且爆食 心情很不好
很下心正常吃後 又回到53.5左右
今天生理期第二天~
目標第一個月5kg
早餐 7-11 三明治 & 飲料一杯[無糖] 豆漿.牛奶or其他
午餐 三菜一肉+半碗飯 水果一顆
晚餐 吃素~ 三菜一素肉+ 半碗糙米飯
努力不吃零食
每天走路20min
應該可以達成我的目標吧~
希望7月能到50kg
