原po的身高 體重 體脂肪 飲食 運動習慣 都跟我差不多
所以我也是覺得有很難繼續突破的感覺
看到推文中有提到這是身體已經達到平衡了
所以如果想有所突破
是要特別注意"加強重訓/少量多餐" 嗎
有時候還真的覺得滿矛盾的
吃的太少不到基代不OK
吃的太多熱量囤積不OK
運動太多身體啟動防衛機制不OK
運動太少達不到效果不OK
經常都看到95分想跨到100分的人無法前進
到底到達100分的人士怎麼做到的呢
