我的身高155
體重52~53
老實說我的體重從小到大只有增沒有減過,很實在的胖上去
BMI算起來是22其實是正常的範圍
可是體脂30.9%(健康檢查做的)是肥胖的範圍耶
意思是說我整顆有三分之一都是脂肪吧
也太多了吧@@
(我的臉看起來是正常,上衣穿m號,褲子要到L號)
像我這樣中午起床吃的第一餐就是午餐,通常是吃-4的早餐組合或是燴飯便當
喝的就是蔓越莓汁、果汁類的比較常,奶茶不常喝
晚上要到7、8點才會開始吃晚餐,偶爾晚上肚子餓就吃一些零嘴
大部分都會在2、3點偶而更晚睡
(就是說我的作息不是很正常)
比較少特地去做運動,走路倒是比較常,所以我的大小腿差不多,
小腿很大顆但又不是肌肉(不像我的蝴蝶袖的軟)
假使這樣,我可以做什麼方式讓我不要再胖下去咧?
