最近發生很多事....(嘆氣)
所以 連跟daycat大他們固定的重量訓練 有時都會請假的...
這個星期 把最近有點煩的心桃花債處理掉後...
雖然家中長輩生病 雖然家裡的小吃店很忙碌..
但還是努力擠出時間去恢復運動 ...
週三下午補做週一請假的壓腿 原本想說一開始做橢圓腿推機嘛
難不倒我的...我是林Nana耶...(挺)
結果從20kg 50rm 40kg 25rm 60kg 15rm 80kg 12rm....
100kg 8 or10rm在做2~3 set感覺還好嘛...
但接下來 跨蹲的40kg 可真的紮紮實實有感覺了 囧
後來腿彎做一做 就補練一下肩....
下課的時候有跟daycat說晚上店打烊後會去輕鬆慢跑4k
那時有被叮囑不要太忽略當天練的強度 有氧太over...
但真的想說沒差啦 慢慢跑而已..
但週四我的腿就真的很痠了....練胸背時就就開始哀哀叫了
但我覺得我真的很犯x...
昨天胸肩訓練完看有0.5h才要回去店裡 又抓緊時間騎健身車...
然後今天就真的是鐵腿了...走路走沒幾步 蹲下去都會哀哀叫 XDDDD
今天大概會休息了 最近都沒睡好...
在這樣玩下去我怕我會瘦太快 XD (桃花太多 或不好的會很煩 真的!!)
現在這邊閒扯 騙P幣腳還是痠到我想把它砍掉
但說真的...這種爽度...心裡滿足感很大很大喲...
想起昨天下午等daycat他們的空檔和白天的鐘教練閒扯 假抱怨說練腿好痠..
教練就說 可以不要練那麼累啊...
但我還是很白目的說 可是痠的感覺很好耶...不痠我還會懷疑做的不夠 XD
沒想到 鍾教練就說 "妳這種症頭 我也幫不了...因為我也這樣很久了改不掉...." XDDD
亂扯了一堆...
我只想說 運動真好...
好像只有這樣努力運動的我 才是最快樂的我...
(經歷了一段莫名其妙的感情事件與其他紛擾後...
我真的覺得 與其浪費時間給那些不快樂的東西與人事物...
還不如把時間留給寬廣的操場.心愛的公路車...還有還重訓器材比較實在...XDDD)
PS.最後 我還是要謝謝daycat大一直那麼認真的陪伴我練重訓....
還有忍受我的亂哀跟笨拙 哈哈...
如果有一天我真的可以走入教練界的話...
希望我也有這麼豐富的體適能知識與好"性底" 可以把訓練的快樂分享給更多人~
