常常在網路看到有關腰部保健的東西
看來看去大概就少做讓腰部負擔的動作
但好像:這個也不行,那個也不行
我想請問各位
那些訓練下背的動作、硬舉、深蹲、練腹肌等動作,都跟腰有關
腰是真的這麼不堪一擊嗎?
訓練究竟是"強化它",還是在"持續磨損"
